1. Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Pose):


STEPS:

  • Start by sitting on the floor with your legs extended straight.

  • Bend your right knee and bring the sole of your right foot to the inner left thigh.

  • Inhale, lengthen your spine and exhale while bending forward over your left leg.

  • Reach for your left foot or ankle, keeping your back straight.

  • Hold the pose for 30 seconds to a minute, then transition to the opposite side.
